At MRCOOL HVAC Supply, we want to ensure your home comfort systems are a perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unused equipment in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any HVAC equipment back to our facility.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and installation hardware are included.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the unit via a carrier that provides tracking and insurance for high-value items.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit is in new, uninstalled condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
